About Us

Claire E. J. Park is a registered architect in Canada and a licensed interior architect in Korea. 

 She has worked with Pacific Architectural since 2015 and with Gerry Blonski Architect since 2025. She has also served as Director of Leeson Engineering Inc. since 2015 and as principal designer of Coast Design Group. 

Claire enjoys helping her clients bring their visions to life, turning ideas into reality. She has gained hands-on experience in building design and tenant improvement projects. Her problem-solving skills were shaped by learning from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry, including Edward Lee (Mechanical Engineer), Eric Cheung (Pacific Architectural), and Gerry Blonski Architect.

Claire is known for practical and well-coordinated design solutions. She has a strong understanding of engineering systems, developed through her work supporting Leeson Engineering Inc., her earlier career as an interior designer, her experience as an in-house designer for a builder, and her extensive work preparing building permit applications. 

Focused on clarity, constructability, and smooth approvals, Claire remains directly involved in every project, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep the process straightforward and predictable. She is trusted by contractors, owners, and consultants across the industry, and continues to refine her expertise while providing thoughtful, practical, and buildable design solutions.
